Intro
Navertech was initially approached to assist with the development of a spreadsheet-based production register in 2004, and soon thereafter was commissioned to design and develop a web-based production management system.
An agile and modular approach was adopted allowing the system to grow and be continually developed to cope with changes in the businesses processes.
The result is a bespoke web-based production management system which provides a work-flow system for the entire production process, from a production job coming in, right through to delivery and dispatch.
In addition, a collection of sophisticated reports allow department and company management teams to report on key business information such as job planning and finance.
