Navertech Ltd, the Thurso-based Software, Digital and IT company, has an immediate opportunity for a VB developer to join its software team.
The role will involve the maintenance and modification of bespoke software applications for clients. Experience with software design processes, the ability to work within a team and good communication skills are essential for the role.
The desirable technical skills include:-
- Programming in VB, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Database design and maintenance of MySQL and SQL Server
- Web server configuration (Windows Server / IIS)
- Developing Microsoft Office Macros using VBA
- Version Control using GIT
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week during normal office hours of 8am to 5pm. Hybrid working is possible between home-working and offices in Thurso or Wick. Salary will be dependant on experience.
